Trillium on Hutchinson Island is being developed by The Hutchinson Group, LLC, led by Jeffery C. Linker.

Jeff has been actively involved in all aspects of real estate, land acquisition and development since 1988. After graduating from the Wharton School of Finance, Jeff joined Associated Estates Realty Corp, a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange as AERC. As Director of Acquisition and Development, Jeff coordinated the development of over $250 million of properties in the mid-west.

In 1996, he founded his own real estate development company, and began developing high-end residential/rental communities in Ohio including: The Arbors of Wooster, The Arbors of Mt. Vernon, and The Arbors of Findlay and Park Place.

In Florida, Jeff is currently developing three oceanfront properties. Trillium on Hutchinson Island will be the most exclusive and upscale condominium community on Hutchinson Island.
